Identity Team Lead Job Description

The role of Identity Team Lead is to lead a team that oversees the implementation and maintenance of identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Identity team to ensure business and technical service requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented.
  • Design and configure identity and user access management platforms.
  • Implement automation and orchestration solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and configuring identity and user access management platforms.
  • Expertise in Entra, Active Directory & Azure AD, Azure MFA, Office 365, mail filtering solutions, and file storage.
  • Advanced working knowledge of operating system protocols, platform services, and system design.
  • Proven ability to implement automation and orchestration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and DevOps processes and relevant service operations tools such as Jira.
  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant information technology field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Azure, O365, or other cloud-related certifications, and Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) desirable.
