Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Coles Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end optimization of our supply chain by identifying and delivering efficiencies and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities- Work with a group of suppliers to ensure online store availability
- Develop innovative solutions to tackle supply chain challenges across planning, sourcing, and fulfillment
- Support planning, execution, and improvement of promotions, events, and ranging decisions
- Ensure effective delivery of end-to-end execution and delivery of inventory requirements while managing efficiently
- Manage category portfolio forecasts by determining, reviewing, and adjusting baseline, promotion, and event forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure working capital is optimized
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent numeric and financial skills. You should have 3-5 years of experience in retail or FMCG, with a proven track record of managing portfolio stock flow through the end-to-end supply chain. You should be able to develop effective internal and external stakeholder relationships and manage the end-to-end range in/out/exit process to ensure supply chain decisions are made at the appropriate point in the critical path.
