Accounting Leadership Role

\Job Description\

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting team, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise and manage accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance\
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability\
  • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies\
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant\\

 

\Required Skills and Qualifications\

Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and/or Master's Degree preferred. At least 10 years of progressive accounting and financial experience, with 5-7 years in a management role, preferably in a non-profit or related industry.

  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies\
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability\\

 

\Benefits\

LMM offers a competitive salary range between $85,000 and $95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, generous paid time off, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan.
