About Our Client:

Our client is a prominent global telecommunications provider, recognized for its contributions to the evolution of communication technologies across more than 175 nations. They are actively engaged in significant Wi-Fi (4G/5G) enhancement initiatives and are in need of (Lead) Telco Riggers to facilitate these projects.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be integral to the enhancement of telecommunications network systems and services, focusing on the installation, upkeep, and repair of Wi-Fi, microwave, and core network transmission apparatus. The position may require working in remote locations for extended periods.

This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Key Duties:

  1. Install, test, and maintain telecommunications apparatus
  2. Oversee project operations and manage rigging teams (for Lead Riggers)
  3. Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols
  4. Collaborate with supervisors and management to meet project requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  2. Certification in Rigging
  3. Valid Australian Driver's License
  4. Construction White Card
  5. Working at Heights Certification
  6. Experience with RF cables and wireless technologies
