Lawyer Opportunity in Commercial Law

We are seeking a skilled and motivated lawyer to join our team. As a junior to mid-level commercial lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters, including drafting and advising on client and commercial contracts.

Your responsibilities will include researching legal issues, supporting senior lawyers, and providing commercial and well-informed advice. You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to corporate governance and develop your skills in translating complex legal concepts into practical guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should also have a solid understanding of commercial law and a keen interest in contracts and commercial practice.

As a junior to mid-level commercial lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters, including:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Laws (or Juris Doctor) and eligible to practice in an Australian State or Territory
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Solid understanding of commercial law and keen interest in contracts and commercial practice
