About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming classes to individuals of varying age groups, from infants to adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels;
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and communicating with parents;
  • Liaise with parents and guardians to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and patient individual who is passionate about teaching and working with children. You will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

  • AUSTSWIM qualifications, including Infant and Toddler qualifications;
  • Working with Children Check;
  • Senior First Aid certification;
  • Resuscitation certificate.
