Job Description

As a senior Paid Media Director, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our paid media services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans for our clients across multiple channels.

You will lead cross-functional teams in the development of performance creative for social, display, and other visual channels. Your expertise in upper funnel strategy and execution will be essential in driving business outcomes for our clients.

Additionally, you will work closely with our creative team to ensure that our visual creative meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Strategic planning, campaign implementation, and analysis are all critical components of this role. If you have a passion for data-driven decision making and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for clients across multiple channels.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of performance creative for social, display, and other visual channels.
  • Work closely with our creative team to ensure high-quality visual creative.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  1. Minimum 4 years' experience in paid search and paid social (Facebook/IG is a must).
  2. Experience in upper funnel strategy and execution.
  3. Hands-on implementation experience is a must.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Advanced knowledge of paid media networks.
