The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our underground construction crews to ensure activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring quality control of internal and subcontract crews
- Ensuring compliance to drawings, specifications, and governing body standards
- Assisting with resourcing plant, labour, and subcontractors associated with underground construction
- Liaising with client representatives and governing bodies
- Assisting with the development and training of junior underground employees
We are looking for a candidate with:Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience supervising land development, underground, pavement, and earthworks projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Direct supervision with excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Commitment to OSH
- Construction White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Pass a pre-employment medical
- Permanent work rights in Australia
