Technical Delivery Lead Role

Credit Union Australia is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join the Customer and Enterprise Platform team on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role

The Technical Delivery Lead will manage the end-to-end technical delivery for a range of technology solutions, including marketing technology platforms and the corporate website. You will work collaboratively with business partners to deliver innovative technology solutions to solve business and customer problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of discipline technical specialists to create a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, commitment to excellence, and a professional ethic that enables the achievement of organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate technology Release and Change management activities and work closely with business partners to deliver change initiatives.
  • Evaluate, plan, schedule, and manage technology deliverables to ensure scope, quality, milestones, risks, and issues are maintained through the development life cycle.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with vendors to drive performance.
  • Support the operational management of assigned platforms and lead Incident and Problem management.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a lead role in a software delivery environment utilising a variety of methodologies.
  • Extensive experience working with Martec solutions to activate data to drive personalised customer experiences and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business partners.
  • Sound understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with vendor performance and relationship management.
