Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Indigenous Business Development Specialist to join our team in Perth.

This role will play a critical part in maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, including the development of new partnerships and contract management.

The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that we provide opportunities for growth and development in the region.

This role is paramount in acting as a conduit between our operations and local communities, working collaboratively with key stakeholders both internal and external.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Contract Management, including KPI compliance across multiple supply categories
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations and other relevant groups
  • Collaborating with operation leaders, customers, and HR to advance business actions and expand activities
  • Maintaining and reporting on individual clients' employment retention targets
  • Providing support, mentoring, and development to site teams on indigenous protocols
  • Regularly providing briefings on potential and emerging issues or concerns and offering proactive solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience or background in services environment
  • Experience or background in working with local businesses and communities
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
