We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Management Specialist to join our team at the City of Perth. As a key member of our Corporate Planning and Performance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our City-wide projects.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring the successful and coordinated delivery of multiple critical projects. Your expertise in change analysis will drive the development and execution of change plans, ensuring the successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of change management strategies, including communication, change management, learning and adoption schedules, and stakeholder management plans for a variety of organization-wide projects.
- Provide Specialist Advice: Provide specialist advice to senior leaders and project managers on change capacity and all aspects of change management delivery.
- Develop Change Management Framework: Develop and integrate a comprehensive change management framework to improve change capabilities throughout the lifecycle of projects.
- Foster Collaborative Relationships: Foster collaborative and supportive relationships with all stakeholders to ensure high adoption rates.
- Previous Experience: Previous in-depth experience as a change advisor or change manager in applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools across multiple projects.
- Qualifications: Qualifications or certification in Change Management from a recognized body such as PROSCI.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in spearheading and advancing change initiatives across technology, people, and processes ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, goals, and plans.
- Collaborative Skills: Extensive experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders, influencing, and gaining buy-in.
