Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal recruitment strategy and attracting top-tier talent globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partnering with department heads to understand hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, and advising on recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels while building and maintaining talent pools for future roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and managing the interview process.
  • Employer Branding: Promoting the company's culture and values to attract top talent, utilising social media and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Data & Compliance: Tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, either in-house or agency.
  • Experience collaborating closely with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes and an optimal candidate experience.
