This is an exciting opportunity to join our Service Delivery Management team as a Risk Management Adviser. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with assurance, audit and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Coordination: Implement and operate a risk management practice that ensures seamless integration with Cloud, Compute & Storage's processes.
- Provide expert guidance to Leaders, Risk / Control / Action Owners and other team members on risk process, systems, training, practices and reporting.
- Scope and facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning workshops to drive informed decision-making.
- Advise on risks to be disclosed and/or escalated to the next level of leadership, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Monitor and report on risk mitigation actions, escalating issues as required to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers, ensuring high-quality information in Risk Management Information Systems.
- Coordinate regular reviews of risk information with Risk Owners, promoting a collaborative approach to risk management.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. As a proactive and self-directed individual, you will navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes independently, leveraging your continuous improvement mindset to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements- A degree in a relevant field, such as Risk Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in Risk Management or Risk Coordination, preferably within technology infrastructure or enterprise systems.
- Business analysis or operational support capabilities a plus.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across varying levels and geographies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in working across cultures and dispersed teams.
- A natural curiosity and drive to take on challenges, with a willingness to learn new tools and approaches.
