Job Overview
This permanent opportunity involves joining our payroll team as a Payroll Specialist, working alongside a small, collaborative group to process weekly payrolls efficiently. Key responsibilities include calculating and processing pays, interpreting Awards and enterprise agreements, and resolving payroll queries.
We are seeking an experienced payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and intermediate Excel skills. Previous exposure to large payroll systems like Chris21 is essential. About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with the Payroll Manager to achieve the team's objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and respectful team environment. To be considered for this position, you must have demonstrated experience with high-volume payroll processing in a large organisation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are also essential.
