Job Opportunity: Religious Education Teacher

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join our team at a Catholic coeducational senior school in West Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and be able to inspire students to reach their full potential.

The school focuses on community, spirituality, and building young people of character. It has a strong emphasis on academic achievement and provides a supportive environment for students to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach Religious Education to students in Years 7-12
  • To develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • To assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes

Requirements:

  • A valid WWCC (Working with Children Check) is required for this role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification is preferred
