Job Overview

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Bankstown. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life by providing domestic assistance, personal care, and social support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Offer social support and companionship to customers
  • Transport customers to appointments and lifestyle activities
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
