Senior Financial Transactions Coordinator

The Senior Commercial Settlements Officer will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders on commercial settlements processes.
This role is responsible for managing loans from Letter of Offer stage through to settlement within required time-frames, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing files for settlement in accordance with relevant policy and procedure, while adhering to all legislative requirements.
- Verifying documentation received satisfies outstanding conditions (including construction requirements) prior to settlement.
- Coordinating training for your team, including providing expert advice to the commercial teams.
- Maintaining effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders (brokers, solicitors, business development managers, credit teams).
- Demonstrating proficiency with various software applications, including Loan Closer, Equifax, Valuation Exchange (Valex), Global X.
About You
You are a highly motivated and numerically skilled professional, with 5+ years' experience managing mortgage settlements involving construction and commercial securities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with proven leadership abilities and excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, are essential.
