Job Title: Performance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate performance reporting.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for asset and operational KPIs.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities through targeted analysis and scenario modelling.
  • Provide insights to support asset planning, investment prioritisation, and long-term value creation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in performance analysis or asset management in the energy or utilities sector. You will also require advanced Excel and Power BI skills, as well as familiarity with Maximo, OSIsoft PI, SCADA, or similar systems.

  • Familiarity with complex operational data and ability to extract, validate, and interpret it.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly numerate with a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
