Job Title: Employment Solutions Specialist

This role focuses on securing employment outcomes for participants in the Inclusive Employment Australia program.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, a solutions-focused approach, and the ability to motivate others.

  • Lead caseloads of job seekers with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment.
  • Develop tailored employment plans and provide pre-employment preparation.
  • Partner with employers to identify inclusive opportunities and place candidates into meaningful roles.
  • Build relationships with community organisations and stakeholders.
  • Address workplace adjustments, mentoring, and training needs to ensure success.
  • Monitor progress and intervene early to overcome barriers to retention.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have experience in employment services, recruitment, disability support, or related sectors. They will be able to thrive in a target-based environment and be motivated by exceeding their professional and personal goals.

A high level of computer literacy is required, along with self-motivation and enthusiasm.
