About the RoleAs a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Client Partnerships and support teams to achieve sales outcomes efficiently. You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiencies, driving revenue-generating initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching and support.
You will act as an escalation point, conduct reporting and analysis, develop support documentation, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to the development of market-relevant products and process improvements to drive revenue and support group strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance operational efficiencies through process improvement and automation.
- Develop and maintain sales support documentation and training materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services that meet customer needs.
- Support change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills. You should have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a curious and questioning mindset with a customer-centric approach.
You will also require strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities, and a high level of resilience and ability to manage resistance to change.
