Job Description

As a Field Maintenance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the essential infrastructure of our organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating plant and equipment, carrying out repairs, and ensuring compliance with water quality, environmental, and safety standards.

You will work collaboratively with technicians, team leaders, and external contractors while delivering high-quality service to our customers and local community.

This is a 24/7 operational role, with all FMOs working on a rotating roster which includes weekday, weekend, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Operating and maintaining water and sewer assets to ensure reliable services.
  • Providing excellent field-based experience and customer care during service disruptions.
  • Logging and reporting service updates and maintenance actions using our in-house reporting system.
  • Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and organizational policies.
  • Continuously improving processes and contributing ideas to improve operations.
