Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic financial outcomes across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales functions.

This includes:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver insightful analysis on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate capital expenditure, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.

About Our Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • CA/CAPA qualified.
  • Big 4/Mid-Tier experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing/FMCG or ASX environment is highly regarded.
  • Proven capability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

What We Offer

We are offering a competitive base salary of $140,000 - $145,000 + super + hybrid working flexibility.

You will also have the opportunity to work from home as part of the role.
