Early Childhood Education Director
We are seeking a visionary professional to lead our approach to early childhood education. As an Educational Leader, you will have the opportunity to influence and innovate our educational programs and practice.
You will work collaboratively with other education professionals, children, and families to create high-quality, well-resourced environments that foster learning and growth.
The role involves:
- Professional Development: Lead your ongoing professional development through exceptional coaching, conferences, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities.
- Program Leadership: Work in high-quality, well-resourced environments where you lead programming and collaborate on resourcing decisions.
- Teaching Program Development: Build and influence the professional capacity and skills within the network, leading the development and implementation of teaching programs and practice.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with professional Educators and Teachers through workshops and meetings to share best practice and learn from each other as you innovate in early childhood education programs based on exploration, discovery, and play.
