Job Overview:
  • We're seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our cutting-edge team working on projects like Dynamics 365, Intelledox forms, Digital application portal, and other digital transformation initiatives.
  • This role involves coordinating with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts from various departments to drive project success.
  • The ideal candidate will create detailed test cases, manage defect triage processes, and design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • They will review and analyze project requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test plans, identify and document defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience testing COTS products such as Microsoft CRM or SAP Concur is essential.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, roles, and responsibilities within a dynamic environment is crucial.
  • A strong analytical mindset, planning and execution skills, and expertise in raising and resolving defects using multiple test methodologies are necessary.
  • ISTQB Foundation certification and familiarity with testing tools like JIRA or DevOps are preferred.
  • Knowledge of test automation techniques and tools is highly desirable.
