Hybrid Driver and Factory Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Valid Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License with a good Driver History Record required.
  • Refurbish and Manage Equipment: Hardware refurbishing skills, including PCs and laptops, as well as ability to set up and manage LAN, install and manage Windows and MacOS, and use data erasure software.
  • e-Waste Sorting and Dismantling: Sort and dismantle e-waste for commodity types, and operate battery powered and compressed air tools.
  • Loading and Unloading: Check loads are secure, and load and unload vehicles with servicing requirements.
  • Meet Quality Objectives: Ability to ensure that services meet quality objectives, and remain compliant with all policies and procedures, including WHS.

Requirements:

  • Valid MR Truck License: A valid Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License with a good Driver History Record is essential.
  • Experience and Skills: Previous work experience in a similar role, as well as great physical stamina and manual dexterity, are required.
  • Attitude and Work Style: A positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to work autonomously and independently, are essential.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as attention to detail and good time management, are required.
