The Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide home help services to our aged care clients in the Gregory Hills area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life by providing personal care services, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing home help services such as general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
- Assisting clients with personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Providing social and emotional support to clients and their families
- Transporting clients to appointments and lifestyle activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, enjoys working independently, and has excellent communication skills.
- Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
