We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Team Associate to join our collaborative manufacturing team.

This role involves working as part of a dynamic team supporting our Purlin department, with a focus on interpreting product drawings and delivering high-quality products to customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating roll form and general sheet metal equipment, as well as basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and people.

Additional skills and qualifications required include a forklift licence, strength and fitness to undertake frequent movement and lifting, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Opportunity:

  • This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, afternoon shift.

About You:

  • Desirable: Experience operating or offsiding on a Purlin Mill
  • Desirable: Gantry Crane experience
  • Desirable: Manufacturing or sheet metal experience
  • Essential: Forklift licence and experience
  • Essential: Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills
