The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Science Content Developer and Question Writer to design intuitive, engaging, and rigorous practice materials for VCE Physics, VCE Chemistry, and VCE Biology. Collaborating with veteran tutors and subject leaders, you will create resources that make science accessible, enjoyable, and effective.

Opportunity to Impact Thousands

Your work as a Science Content Developer at Contour will impact thousands of students. Your resources, including core booklets for learning and practice, and mastery resources for revision and exams, will guide Contour classes, support home study, and help students ace their tests.

Support & Development

You will work closely with expert tutors and subject leaders, receiving feedback to refine your craft. Collaborate with an energetic and experienced team, learn from the best, and hone your skills.

  • Above market rate compensation and guaranteed pay (starting salary of $70,000 plus super).
  • Satisfying and fulfilling work helping students succeed (it feels good when your students do well).
  • Minimal admin work with a flexible schedule (consistent hours every week).
  • Primary focus on preparing excellent content, to ultimately provide an excellent student experience (no hassle with student payments, admin, etc.).
  • Significant improvement in team and leadership skills (and you get paid for it).
  • Personalised mentorship, training and feedback to improve your communication, writing, and content development skills.
  • Creative freedom in a fun start-up environment (no corporate walls, talk directly to the founders or students).
