As a key member of our Bathroom Life team in Indooroopilly, you will support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products, offering expert advice and guidance.
  • Manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Utilize our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the showroom, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

We're Looking for Individuals Who



  • Have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Are energetic, proactive and willing to learn and grow, with a keen interest in the bathroom and plumbing industry.
  • Are comfortable using technology and willing to learn new systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Are flexible and able to work various shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Are committed to developing their career, with opportunities for growth and advancement within our network or head office.
