About this Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Medical Support Officer in our fast-paced medical clinic.

As a medical support officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all patient enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front of house reception and greeting patients upon arrival.
  • Scheduling appointments for patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Issuing patient invoices and receipts and processing health fund rebates as required.
  • Entering and updating patient registration details.
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable reception area at all times.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, driven, resilient, and empathetic, with a strong customer service background.
