We are seeking a results-driven part-time Recruitment Officer to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others find the right job fit.

This role is a part-time position, ideally working 4 or 5 days per week, for 5 or 4 hours equaling 20-hour weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements;
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications;
  • Managing the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance;
  • Coordinating interview scheduling and maintaining clear communication with candidates;
  • Assisting in developing job descriptions and advertisements that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will have completed or be currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations is a plus.
