
Project Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality objectives, ensuring risks do not adversely impact project delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large infrastructure project involving the upgrade of the Lake Macdonald Dam. As construction gets underway, we are recruiting for a Quality Advisor to join our team and support the implementation of quality management systems.
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development and implementation of quality plans, monitor and report on progress against these plans, and identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar, and 3+ years' experience in a quality representative role, preferably within the construction industry working on infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality objectives and requirements;
- Develop and implement quality plans;
- Monitor and report on progress against quality plans;
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar;
3+ years' experience in a quality representative role, preferably within the construction industry working on infrastructure projects;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
