Academic Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join our team on a temporary part-time basis. This role will involve working three days a week.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging and effective classroom practitioner who demonstrates creativity and rigor in the delivery of curriculum and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues.

1. A deep understanding of the Christian faith and its application in educational settings
2. Ability to teach Religious Education for students from Prep to Year 6, with potential to also teach Year 12 RE
3. A commitment to Social Justice initiatives and their relevance to education
4. Strong ICT skills to support innovative teaching practices
5. The ability to differentiate instruction and cater to diverse learning needs
6. A flexible and collaborative approach to working within a team environment
