Administrative Team Lead Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced team leader to take on a key role in our Day Programs team.

As a Day Program Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing functional support, driving process improvements, and enhancing the patient experience throughout the patient's admission in our Day Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide and deliver functional support to ensure efficient operations within the Day Programs department
  • Drive process improvements to enhance patient experience and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a clerical position within a healthcare setting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sound computer proficiency in Microsoft programs
