Position: Second in Charge (2IC)

Location: Fairy Meadow Fun Club

Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time (30 hours/week, Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

You will provide quality care and education to school-aged children while incorporating your ideas and expertise to create a fun-filled environment. You will have the ability to create respectful and long-lasting relationships with parents and carers, as well as your fellow educators. As the Second in Charge at our club, you will be responsible for ensuring the service complies with our policies and procedures and all components of the National Quality Framework and Child Protection Legislation while working closely with your Director.

Requirements

A cleared valid for paid work, Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required. A Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification is desirable. You must identify and Respond qualification (or willing to obtain) and have a strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what
