Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with individuals to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable them to return to meaningful employment. You will evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness and support clients to identify future employment or training options.

You will perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments – and take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.

Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

Assist clients in achieving sustainable employment through tailored rehabilitation plans and ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
