As an Inclusion Teacher, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement evidence-based programs that support student learning and wellbeing
• Collaborate with class teachers, families, and carers to establish and review Personalised Plans
• Maintain accurate records of adjustments and student achievement, following school procedures
• Deliver Tier 2 intervention programs as directed by the Leader of Inclusion
• Work across years K-5 to deliver tailored support to students with diverse learning needs

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
• A relevant teaching degree and current registration with the Teacher Quality Institute
• Qualifications or extensive experience in inclusive education for diverse learners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a commitment to effective communication
• Proven track record of outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Understanding of and willingness to support the values and beliefs of a Christian-based education in an Anglican context
