Job Title: Centre Director

Welcome to a nurturing environment that promotes growth for all. Our centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, providing open-plan rooms filled with natural light and abundant age-appropriate resources.

We have both indoor and outdoor play areas, creating the perfect setting for children to explore, grow, and thrive. As our new Centre Manager, you will lead with kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care, empowering educators to nurture children's independence and curiosity.

You will build strong connections with families and support teams through open, thoughtful communication, creating a joyful, caring space that promotes growth for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights
  • Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
  • Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • A warm, approachable and professional manner
  • You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
