Project Objective
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the consolidation of two environments into a single, best-practice cloud environment using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is a high-impact project requiring a hands-on GCP expert who can efficiently manage the migration process.
The Role
- You will play a key role in delivering a seamless migration and consolidation project, leveraging GCP expertise to optimize the environment and ensure best-practice configurations.
- A strong focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation will be essential to streamline deployments and maintain consistency.
- This is a consultative and delivery-focused role, working with an internal IT team and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and zero disruption.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – architecture, deployment, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar).
- Strong CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Cloud Build).
- Experience with cloud-based identity and access management (e.g., Entra ID, AD, Microsoft 365).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, project-based engagements with minimal ramp-up time.
