Business Development Representative, ANZ

This is an exciting opportunity to join NICE as a Sales Development Representative, ANZ, where you will be the first point of contact for customers and partners. You will have the chance to interact with various people and businesses, creating an excellent first impression for NICE. Your primary goal will be to generate new sales-qualified leads for the Corporate and Enterprise sales teams, provide immediate responses to all inbound inquiries, and proactively target customers with outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new sales-qualified leads for the Corporate and Enterprise sales teams
- Providing immediate responses to all inbound inquiries
- Proactively targeting customers with outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Working closely with the Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams to continually generate new target accounts and prospect into them using multiple techniques
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility and confidence
- Ability to articulate complex models in a clear and simplified manner
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Solid understanding of prospecting and qualification techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding business generation targets
- Experience with CRM and prospecting tools
