The Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Therapist at Connect2Care, you will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicare, or privately.

  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Manage a varied caseload
  • Meet company professional expectations, including meeting billables and effective client management
  • Attend meetings, supervision, and personal development as required
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
  • Work across leading software platforms and online tools

Requirements

To apply for this role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check and International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
