Foreman - Senior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Foreman to join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Class 2 residential and mixed-use projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee all site activities and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Class 2 construction requirements
  • Manage site safety and maintain WHS standards
  • Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager or Project Manager
  • Coordinate deliveries, manage materials, and maintain site organization
  • Support quality assurance and control initiatives
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain project timelines
About You
  • You should possess minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Foreman, preferably in Class 2 residential projects
  • A solid understanding of NCC, BCA, and WHS regulations is essential
  • A trade background is desirable (e.g., carpentry, formwork, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • A current White Card and relevant site safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, Traffic Control)
  • A valid drivers licence and own transport
