The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for coordinating the general, academic, and social activities within our residential communities.
You will contribute to planning and overseeing the implementation of programs and events that promote community building and support the personal growth and development of our residents.
Job Description
As a Senior Residential Life Coordinator, you will:
- Develop and implement programs and events that promote community engagement, socialization, and personal growth;
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver training and professional development opportunities;
- Provide guidance and support to residents on matters related to their academic and personal well-being;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive living environment;
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to program evaluation and resident feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree qualification in community building and management, education, or a related field;
- Substantial relevant experience working with young adults in a tertiary residential support environment;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience.
