About the Role
KBR Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing planning and master scheduling services to major clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Apply industry best practices in project controls, including estimating, cost control, and planning/scheduling, to ensure accurate and reliable project data.
- Manage project lifecycles, working with management and other members of the project team to maintain and achieve budgets within a tight timeframe.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project controls on major multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience with gated and milestone projects, variations, costs, and managing risk, including developing contingency allowances and contingency management, schedule management, framework standards, processes, and tools.
- Technical ability in MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Detailed knowledge of industry best practices in project controls, including estimating, cost control, and planning/scheduling, for engineering services type projects.
