Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Job Coach to support individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions in preparing for and maintaining employment.

This role involves working closely with clients to develop their employability skills, assist them in finding suitable job opportunities, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful employment outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to clients to enhance their employability skills.
  • Assist clients in developing effective job search strategies and provide guidance on resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Collaborate with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and advocate for clients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions in the workplace.
