Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations Specialist to maintain and optimize our cloud infrastructure.

This role involves collaborating with cloud providers to configure and manage resources, ensuring maximum uptime and performance. You will work closely with other teams to identify and resolve root causes, implement long-term improvements, and prioritize workload effectively.

Your goal will be to deliver high-quality services to stakeholders at all levels, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and present results in a clear manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC); monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources for uptime and performance.
  • Collaborate with cloud providers to manage/configure resources; implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies; apply system updates and patches.
  • Proficient with automation using PowerShell/Bash scripting.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS cloud environments using AWS native tools.
