Reliability Leadership Role

This is a key position in our operations, reporting directly to the CHPP Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising the availability of the CHPP through robust reliability improvements and maintenance planning.

We are seeking an analytical problem solver with the ability to manage long term projects and priorities and has demonstrated experience in driving change.

  • Safety Culture: Create a culture where safety is paramount, people are inspired and empowered to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Team Lead: Lead a team of Maintenance Planners responsible for short- and long-term maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Reliability Engineering: Lead a team of Reliability Engineers to implement and manage a reliability improvement system.
  • Equipment Focus: Identify long-term opportunities for improvement through focussing on equipment reliability.
  • Failure Prevention: Identify and eliminate repetitive and major equipment failures.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to drive equipment and maintenance performance outcomes.
  • Equipment Reliability: Lead and facilitate Equipment Reliability, Failure Analysis and RCM.
  • Management of Change: Champion Management of Change process for all CHPP related changes.

About You

Proven experience in a similar role is essential.

A trade background or degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management or extensive related experience will be advantageous.

Candidates must be capable of working at all levels of business and proficient at Superintendent/Management levels.

Demonstrated ability to lead and problem solve, make plans, take initiative to identify improvements and implement effectively.

Experience leading and coaching teams and direct reports is required.
