Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain logistics.

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing daily activities efficiently, safely, and in line with service level agreements. This includes following policies and procedures, sorting and packing customer orders, operating RF devices, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

To succeed in this role, the Warehouse Operations Specialist must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily activities efficiently, safely, and in line with SLAs
  • Follow policy and procedures, including traffic management rules and safety protocols
  • Sort, pack, tape, and label customer orders
  • Operate RF device to pick and pack orders, receipt goods, and perform cycle counts
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily KPIs
