Recruitment Specialist

Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in East Brisbane. As a key member of our Queensland team, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing development and progression of our branch by sourcing trade-based blue-collar candidates for our reputable clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone screening of potential applicants to assess their suitability for our clients' needs
- Collaborating with fellow Consultants and Account Managers to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Completing candidate registration, including interviewing and reference checking
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Database management and administration to ensure seamless candidate sourcing and placement
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Dedication and a desire to succeed and progress your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
