Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Officer to join our team at AccountAbility. As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, liaising with customers, and investigating queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivables, including liaising with customers and investigating queries
  • Manage the debt collection process, making inbound and outbound collection calls
  • Process customer payments and prepare daily banking
  • Maintain accurate aged debtor balances
  • Assist with general queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Utilize the SAP system to efficiently manage accounts receivables

Requirements

  • Accounts experience or entry-level role with relevant accounting studies
  • Experience working with product-based collections
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident and outgoing character with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work 5 days in the office
  • Full working rights
